Each of our villas offers the following standard amenities: Stereo/CD Player, DVD, Cable TV, Beach Chairs, BBQ Grill, Beach Towels, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Blender, Complete Modern Kitchen, Complete Linens, Wireless Internet.

A private chef service is extremely popular for that first night for larger groups. Most travelers arrive in St. Thomas in the afternoon and will be settling into their Villa between 4 p.m and 7 p.m. Our guests enjoy having a chef already at the Villa putting the finishing touches on a meal they have selected to be served after freshening up or a dip in the pool. A follow-up breakfast or brunch the following morning is also very nice and an excellent way to start your first full day on the island. A chef can work with you on the menu before your arrival. They can also provide you with some provisioning for your refrigerator at the same time. Just contact the following chef and caterers directly on their websites.

Shaibu is wonderful. He catered my daughter’s 40th birthday and is very popular with guests. We have also had other fabulous dinners from him.

Laura with Passion Fruit Chefs or St. John Catering for a variety of catering services, and Ted’s Supper Club for small intimate in-home gatherings.

Groups of 4 or more may find it economical and much more convenient to arrange in advance for a private taxi to meet your flight and take only your group and luggage as soon as it is ready. Private taxis are usually $85-$120 for 1-4 people and $20 each additional person including luggage and can be the difference between catching the next ferry and missing it. The taxi will also call and let us know which ferry you will be on so we can greet you here on St. John. We will bring you up to our Studio to register, have a brief orientation, pick up your rental car, and lead you to your villa!

Taxis here are large vans that hold 8-12 people. The regular public taxis will wait for everyone’s luggage and until the van is full before departing and may stop at various St Thomas hotels on the way. The St John ferry is the last stop. The fares run about $20 per person and $2-3 per bag.

Larger groups, especially those including many young children, elderly, or impaired guests may wish to arrange well in advance for a private water taxi. Most private land taxis are used to coordinating with the water taxis to ensure a smooth transition if your flight is delayed etc. Availability is very limited so you cannot book too far ahead and they are not inexpensive. Our Beach Villa & Beach Estate with all king master bedroom suites are ideal for members of the wedding party while guests staying less than the full week will enjoy our other villas. Spectacular, unspoiled National Park beaches and many fine dining restaurants offer a venue for events, gatherings & receptions.

We offer complete vehicle rental services through our sister company St. John Jeeps – Bougainvillea Leasing Ltd. – specializing in weekly, monthly and villa-owner rentals for over 20 years. All vehicles are 4-wheel drive with automatic transmissions, accommodating from 2 to 7 passengers.
